Our house suffered significant structural damage. When we called M R Bromley & Sons, Kevin Bromley came to the house very quickly and immediately carried out safety work which prevented further damage and water ingress. He advised that we should get an independent structural engineer’s report and then provided a competitive quote, which lined up with the engineer’s report.

Our insurers were happy with the quote so we gave him the order. M R Bromley then carried out all the structural work quickly and to a very good standard, approved by the engineer. He then organised several sub-contractors, which he managed as part of the contract.

We requested a few extras outside the insurance claim whilst we had a builder on site. These were all done with good grace and at a reasonable price. All this work was completed in poor weather and during the pandemic, with several site visits necessary due to sub-contract material delays.

All workers wore masks and observed Covid safe protocols. We were very pleased with the end results.
This was a very stressful time for us made easier by M R Bromley and our insurers.
